Studying and making plan and implementation plan for local finance supervision and examination; making relevant proposals and measures aiming at the important conditions of finance operation and its influence on revenue and expenditure; supervising the implementation of laws, rules and regulations related to finance during the process of budgeteering and implementation of Finance Bureau of Beijing; supervising the management of revenue and expenditure of designated companies; supervising the procedure and conten t of audit report provided by accounting company; guiding, supervising and checking operation of branch bureaus.

Municipal Agricultural Development Office

Studying and making financial management regulations for municipal agricultural development; participating in studying the policy and development plan on municipal agricultural development; handling the appropriation of fund for municipal agricultural development; supervising and checking the utilization of funds for agricultural development project. Drafting regulations, rules and policies on government procurement; making proposals about annual budgeteering for municipal government procurement; drawing out methods for regulating behaviors related to government procurement institutions; supervising the government procurement in accordance with regulations; guiding municipal government procurement; setting the car number of government departments and institutions who can get appropriation fund.

Government Supplies Department

Responsible for drafting the municipal government procurement draft local laws and regulations, the Government of the draft regulations; make government procurement of the annual budget proposal; guide the municipal government procurement; for a normative approach to acts of government procurement agencies; monitoring the government procurement agencies in the implementation of government procurement in accordance with law; commitment to join the "Government Procurement Agreement" negotiated deal with the related work; is responsible for the city party and government organs and institutions financial allocations setting a quota for cars and so on.
